"Pelvic organ prolapse is seldom life threatening but it is always life altering. POP is a GLOBAL women's health pandemic; millions of women around the world in developing and developed countries suffer in silence from the physical, emotional, social, sexual, and financial ramifications of POP. Awareness of pelvic organ prolapse can only occur when we share what we know with others. It is my hope that as we continue to network, guide, and nurture women with POP, this condition will soon become common knowledge."
